What is the 
Confidently You! Programme?

From time to time we all struggle with confidence, mindset or overwhelm. When you can't start doing something you want to do or can't stop doing something you don't want to you may need a little help and a mind reset.  

Using a variety of methods which include rapid change mind work with hypnotherapy and other techniques, positive change in the way you think, feel and behave is completely possible.

I'll utilise the way your mind works best, enabling you to get control of your subconscious patterns of thought, giving you the power to remove any blockages and limiting beliefs that hold you back.  We'll talk through the way you want your world to be in your free consultation and then if we proceed to do the work, it'll be carried out over a minimum of 3 sessions. 

In these sessions I'll be directly communicating with the most powerful and creative part of your mind, the subconscious,  and using tools to help put you back in charge of your own thoughts and responses.

Whether you use it just once in a lifetime or you continue to work on other areas of your life, as soon as you know the system you will have a permanent means of updating your automatic patterns of thought and programming yourself for success.

Using my tools and techniques we can change almost any current pattern of thought you want or need to change. The beliefs that restrict us and prevent us from reaching our true potential are all at some point learnt at a subconscious level. Yet often we become consciously aware that certain beliefs or patterns of thought are now out of date and do us no good.

Programme work?

By using the 2 major parts 
of your thinking . . .

There are two major part to our thinking: The Conscious and the Subconscious. While our conscious mind represents the thoughts we are aware of, it is our subconscious mind that controls all of our feelings, behaviours and beliefs. When we try to change the way we think, feel or behave we often struggle to create success, and find ourselves in the frustrating situation of knowing how we SHOULD be thinking, but experiencing something quite different. This is because our efforts involve using our conscious mind when it is our subconscious that is in charge of any change.

The CONTROL system teaches you how to communicate with your subconscious in a way that gets heard, enabling you to make the required changes quickly and easily without having to fight or go through any lengthy retraining process

This includes your free consultation and your initial 3 sessions  to work on the first change you want to make (3 sessions are always booked to focus on the change and are usually enough. Further sessions, if necessary, and are payable separately.

What happens when I book the 
Confidently You! Programme?

A few words to let you know what to expect in your consultation and beyond

Your Free Consultation

We'll cover a little about your background and focus on what it is that you want to change while working with me. Appointments are online via video call and you you just need to have access to a the internet on any device. If you're local to me you can also attend my clinic space. We'll go through a little of how I work and make sure you're a good fit before we proceed.

Session 1

We'll be reviewing your consultation and start doing the work where we'll be making the change you require. You may find change happens in this session and if it does that's great, but we'll continue to embed the changes in session 2 and 3.

Session 2

We'll check in on your progress and consolidate the changes made for continued success. Session 2 is usually a shorter session but that will depend on where you are in your progress.

Session 3

By Session 3 we'll most likely be reviewing and preparing you for beyond the programme. Occasionally, it may be necessary to continue with 1 or more sessions but we can discuss that should the need arise. 

All sessions will vary in time from person to person but you should always allow up to 90 minutes.
