Pause - Mind & Body Reset offers private, one-to-one treatments and wellbeing support for women who are tired of carrying everything without making enough space for themselves.
From aromatherapy massage, reflexology and facials to menopause wellbeing, anxiety, sleep and confidence support, Pause gives you time to stop, breathe and begin looking after yourself again.
Pause is based in rural West Norfolk, between to Brandon, Downham Market and Swaffham.

Pause offers restorative treatments and wellbeing support for women who need time to slow down, breathe out and feel more like themselves again.
Whether you are looking for aromatherapy massage, reflexology, natural nail care, facials, hormonal wellbeing support or help with anxiety and confidence, each appointment is shaped around you.
This is not about rushing in and out. It is about giving your body and mind space to settle, with professional care, thoughtful consultation and treatment time that is focused on your needs.
Take time away from the noise, the responsibilities and the feeling that you must keep everything moving.
Create space from anxiety, overthinking, overwhelm and the thoughts that refuse to settle.
Ease the tension, tiredness and physical effects of everyday life through restorative, hands-on treatments.
Leave feeling calmer, clearer and more like yourself, with a little more space for whatever comes next.

Hormonal changes, caring responsibilities, work, family, loss, changing relationships and the passing of time can all affect how we feel in our minds and bodies.
Many women arrive at Pause feeling tired, tense, anxious or unlike themselves. They may not have a neat label for what is happening. They simply know that they are not sleeping well, their mind feels too busy, their body feels stiff or heavy, and they need to start looking after themselves.
Pause offers treatment-led women’s wellbeing support through different stages of life, including menopause, pregnancy, fertility journeys, emotional change and the everyday pressures that women carry.
What do you need from your time at Pause?
You do not need to know the name of the treatment before you begin.
Start with how you want to feel, what you have been carrying and where you feel you need the most support.

Pause is not a busy salon, a clinical setting or a rushed one-in, one-out appointment. Your treatment time is the time you receive on the couch. Consultation, changing and recovery time sit outside the treatment length, so a 60-minute treatment usually means allowing closer to 80 minutes for your visit.
Conversation is always led by you. You can talk if you need to talk, or choose quiet without having to explain. Once the treatment begins, silence gives your mind space to notice thoughts, release them and return to the experience, think of it as an therapeutic meditation.
Occasionally, slowing down brings emotion closer to the surface. There is no need to explain or apologise. Sometimes we need to let that emotion go as part of our healing.

I have worked with women through beauty, holistic treatments and wellbeing for more than 20 years.
I am a qualified beauty therapist, aromatherapist and menopause wellbeing specialist, with additional training in pregnancy massage, reflexology, Indian head massage and mind-based change techniques.
My work is grounded in experience, professional care and the belief that women need somewhere they can be themselves and remember the person they are beneath the busy life they lead. You do not have to arrive calm, positive or ready to explain everything. You can simply arrive as you are.
Join us for a gentle half-day wellbeing retreat created for women who need time away from everyday responsibilities and space to reconnect with themselves.
Set in a private garden in West Norfolk, the Summer Pause Retreat brings together gentle yoga, meditation, oracle reflection, sound, movement and a relaxed catered lunch.
There is no pressure to perform, keep up or take part in everything. This is your time to slow down, breathe and experience something different in a calm and supportive setting.

Standard places are now available for Sunday 19 July.
You do not need to wait until life becomes less busy. Choose the support you need now, or contact me if you are unsure where to begin.
