A Pause Mind & Body Reset gift voucher is a thoughtful way to give someone time for rest, care and wellbeing. Vouchers can be used towards selected Pause treatments, including aromatherapy massage, reflexology, facials, natural nail care and women’s wellbeing treatments.

How gift vouchers work

Gift vouchers are purchased securely through my online payment system. After purchase, your voucher will be prepared and emailed separately. Please allow up to 24 hours for your voucher to be issued. If you need a voucher urgently, or would like it made out to a specific recipient, please contact me before purchasing or reply to your purchase confirmation email with the details. Vouchers will be sent by email in PDF form.

What vouchers can be used for

Gift vouchers may be purchased for a chosen value or selected treatment, depending on the options available. Treatment suitability still applies. The recipient may need to complete a consultation form before booking, and some treatments may not be suitable for every client.

Choose your voucher value

Gift vouchers are available in £10, £20 and £50 amounts, so you can create the value that suits your gift.

When you click through to the payment page, you can choose how many of each voucher value you would like to buy. For example, you can combine different amounts to create your chosen total.

The payment page may initially show one of each voucher value. Simply adjust the quantities before paying.

Once payment is complete, your voucher will be issued separately by email. You can then print it or present it in your own way.

Gift voucher terms

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers must be used within the expiry period shown on the voucher or booking information.

Expiry date extensions may be possible at the discretion of Pause. Where an extension is agreed, a £10 admin fee will apply.

Lost, expired or unused vouchers cannot usually be replaced or refunded.

Gift vouchers may not be suitable for every service, treatment, event or package.
